Refund and Returns Policy
We have a 30day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your product to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition that you received it.
To start a return you can contact us at logixonline@outlook.com, if your return is excepted we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. All contact details are on the website.
Damages or Issues: Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if you are unhappy with the quality, the product has been damaged, you have received the wrong product or any other concerns .
Refund: we will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund was approved or not. If approved your refund will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Delivery policy: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after your email confirmation. You will receive notification that your order has been shipped. Please keep in mind there can be shipping delays, but generally deliveries are made between 2-9 days.
